Dorine sent us listings of properties following with calls explaining details. We felt as we had a friend in Florida, not just a Realtor trying to earn commissions. Dorine spent the entire week showing properties from Boca Raton to Ft. Lauderdale. After an arduous search we choose Aquazul, the oceanfront pre-construction condo scheduled to close in Feb. Dorine helped us to negotiate with the builder and was there every step of the way. The way was long: the building wasn't ready in Feb., nor was it closing in July when we sold our house in NY and rented in Ft. Lauderdale. In Sept. our lease was ending and Aquazul still wasn't ready to close. Dorine stepped in again. She helped us purchase an investment unit where we are staying until Aquazul closes. She even sacrificed a percentage of her commission to save the deal when the Seller and we couldn't agree on the price. Dorine is our source of information in this new area; she is always available, reachable on her cell 24/7. She is a depository of good ideas and has great sense of humor as well as common sense. I am not exaggerating by saying that if it wasn't for Dorine we would still be living in NY and dreaming of Florida.
